How it Works

This is a little step-by-step guide to help you know what to expect for your photography experience.

booking

Once you are ready to book - use our online booking form.

A standard session fee of $200 applies which includes the photographers time and talent. If you have a gift voucher, you can use this to go towards your session fee.

Our session fee does not include any digital files. A product guide will be given to you along with a custom quote. There is more information on products and prices over on the products and pricing page.

Once you have booked, we will contact you to guide you through your photography experience.

pre-session planning

It's time to get some ideas of what you'd love to have - a great place to start is our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Where in your home would you like to display your photographs? - wall artwork, albums and prints. We need to know your end product choices when we do the photoshoot.

It is normal for you to love all your images! That's why we recommend you should have a plan on what you would like to do with the rest of the photographs that you fall in love with. Our bespoke contemporary albums and portrait boxes are ideal.

We understand for some of you it's a first. That's why we send you a session information document which goes through all the important things you need to know. Some examples of these are over on our FAQ page.

Our studio is warm, comfortable and relaxed. Just like going from your loungeroom to ours! Our shoots are a lot of fun and you'll get to play with the studio props, outfits and accessories.

At the end of the shoot we set a date for your design consult appointment.

design consultation

All the hard work is done! This is the most loved part.

At the start, we'll sit back and enjoy a cinematic presentation of all your edited photographs.

Then, you'll get to go through each of the photographs and see how they look on your wall using our state-of-the art design software.

Finally, you'll place your order and pay for the photographs that you love. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard plus there are payment plans available.

order collection

The fully finished order of luxury quality wall artwork, bespoke hand-crafted albums and professional gallery prints are ready for collection. This usually takes around 6 weeks from ordering.

Once you get home, you wont stop staring at them, enjoying your family heirlooms for decades to come.
